Record of our June meeting
Mr. David Dukes stood in at very short notice to speak about the importance of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The talk, which could have been very depressing , was humorous but instructive.
After tea we had a minutes silence for Beryl Godfrey who sadly passed away last month.
Forthcoming events.
16th August:- cream tea at Paignton Club.
4th Sept:- Evening meeting with Uffcolme WI.
No craft this month.

The thought of the month was read by Margery Bernard.
The presidents flowers were given to Jennifer Evans.

Brixham WI goes walkabout!
Members enjoyed a good walk this morning, ending at the Paignton Club for LOVELY cakes and coffee.

NFWI Annual meeting was today in Cardiff!
The resolution on mental health issues was passed overwhelmingly! It’s time to start talking about it!
