Jean. We probably did more swimming than chatting….?

Our visit to the Lost Gardens of Heligan

 Here is a message from Barbara:

We have 6 places available for Heligan, leaving Cricket Club 10.00 am sharp. (Gates open from 9.30am) September 22nd. Cost £30 including entry. Returning from the garden at 4.30pm.

Tuesday - meet by the Man and Boy Statue at 10.30 for a walk in town

Wednesday - 10.30 Book Worm at Churston Golf Club (followed by lunch for some)

Afternoon talk and cream tea at Fermoys

Thursday - swim

Friday - coffee at the Berry Head Hotel 10.30

Leaving from Brixham Cricket Club

Northfield Lane. Gates open for parking

at the bottom of drive area at 9.30am cars can be left there.

Our hard working Treasurer is doing her best to sort out the money, so if you put your name on the list, please will you contact her to make your payment now!

There are still some spare seats - please get in touch if you, or any friends are interested.

Monthly coffee morning

 We had a lot of laughs today at the coffee morning. Great company with Anita Sparks Carol, Sally, Ann, Jill, Margaret. Thank you Tina, for the photo. Next month we have decided to go to the café at Lupton House. October 4th

What’s On?

 This week we have some great activities to tempt Brixham WI members! If you have any questions or would like more details, please ask!

Monday: meet to catch the 9.30 bus (yes, an hour earlier than usual!) to go to Totnes and walk along the river! How brilliant will that be!

Tuesday: coffee morning 10.30 at Homefarm Kitchen, Churston. All members are welcome! Just turn up!

Thursday: 12 ish Lunch at Churston Golf Club for those who wish to, followed by Book Share. (please confirm the time Jayne Stone!)

Friday: Coffee at the Berry Head Hotel 10.30
