Our Combined Arts committee is eager to support the retention of mobile libraries in Devon. Many of you are aware that Devon County Council wish to close Devon’s Mobile Libraries. This will have a severe impact on rural communities. There will be a council meeting on 28th September to decide. Support has been given to this by Michael Morpurgo, Stephen Fry and other celebrities.
