Monday walkers had a brilliant time today! Hilary came prepared with a leaflet on a walking tour of St Mary’s, giving us little snippets of information as we went along. It said it would take an hour! 
It took us well over three! We met a very interesting resident of St Mary’s Square who gave us some more history of her own house, which had been built as one of two police houses!

We had a welcome stop at Sue Martin’s for hot drinks and the most marvellous ginger cake. (‘I just threw it together last night’ said Sue.
