What a wonderful WI week we have! Brixham WI members, for your delectation and delight, here is our programme:
Monday: meet to catch the 9.30 bus for a walk out of town!
2pm Sew Mondays - please let Jill Haslam know you will be there.
Tuesday 10.30 meet at the Man and Boy statue for a walk in Brixham.
Wednesday: 9 of us are off to Torquay for a fabulous day with DFWI (Devon Federation of WIs) at the Spring Council Meeting. Our main speaker is Floella Benjamin.
12.30 committee meeting
Friday: 10 am meet for a short, level walk at Lupton House, followed by visit to the café. (Join us there at around 10.30 if you prefer!) Then, a longer, up and downhill walk to see marvellous flowers, views and interesting items en route! This is to mark the founding day of the Associated County Women of the World charity, supported by the WI, and in solidarity with many other women all over the world.
