More excellent advice, adapted from a BBC article:

 When we’re feeling that nothing is much fun anymore, it can be helpful to remind ourselves what we like and what makes us feel good - typically activities that create a sense of achievement, closeness, and/or enjoyment. Write a list of what is important to you, such as being creative or being a good friend. Then think together what it is you can do to show these valued qualities, such as contacting your friends.

It is important to ensure a variety in activities. Try something new so you can feel a sense of accomplishment. It has never been more important to find new and creative ways of having fun and enjoying life.
