Skittles!

 Thank you to Jacqui H and Annette for organising a super skittles afternoon! We had a great time, and a very close run match! Ann Brindley Parker must surely take the Woman of the Match award for her skill and accuracy during the game of killer!

What is happening this week for our Brixham WI members?

Monday: A message from our walkers: ”Not sure where we are going on Monday as the weather doesn't look good. It maybe just a coffee somewhere. But we are as usual meeting up at 9.30 at the 12 bus stop.” (Just turn up!)

2pm Skittles for those who are on the list and have paid Ann! (contact Jacqui Hill)

Wednesday: Institute meeting begins at 2pm. Bring your entry for our ‘Yesterday’ exhibition.

 The monthly coffee morning was small yet perfectly formed today! We had a really great morning, so lovely to see you all! Let’s do it again next month!

Don’t forget our Margaret Seaward Exhibition at our next Institute meeting! We are looking for a lot of entries! The theme is ‘Yesterday’ and you can make Your contribution in any format you choose: craft, needlework, modelling (clay or human!), flower arrangement, photo, a tableau, painting, dance, a poem, cake…. As long as you have created it for this exhibition and it fits the theme, we will love it!

 It’s Sunday, it’s a beautiful calm and sunny morning and it’s time for our weekly ’What’s on?’ for our inspiring Brixham WI members!

Monday walkers: if the weather's ok, will be walking in Dartmouth. Catching the 18 Kingswear bus at 9.35 (hopefully) in Brixham. Opposite the taxi rank. Just turn up!

7pm Rock n Roll evening at The Edge in Bolton street - raising funds for their fantastic Santa’s Grotto.

Sunday: Remembrance Day Parade.

Committee Activity!

 Brixham WI committee out for lunch! (Well, most of us!) We had a grand time! Good food and drink, great company and a lot of laughs!
